The ladies jumped to a fast start at St James tonight leading 15-4 at the end of the first quarter. The girls continued a fast pace with some tenacious defense and full court pressure to end the half 31-11. Good shooting continued the second half as the ladies buried 8 threes for the evening and cruised to a 52-33 victory. With this win the Panthers are now tied with Socastee for first place in the region. The Panthers were led by Ally Niles with 15 points, 4 steals and 7 deflections followed by Gabby Giracello with 11 points and 9 steals. Reilly Ward also added 11 points by burying 3 three pointers, Jordan Martin added 6 points, Carlie Skolsky had 8 points and Kennedy McLain chipped in 1 point. The ladies play at home Tuesday evening vs South Florence.
